Key sticks in ignition and cannot be removed. I have had truck at Triangle Chevrolet two times in the past to correct problem, but technician could not replicate it. This visit it was determined that entire gear shift assembly needs to be replaced at a price of $699.00. That is unacceptable as this is a mechanical deficiency issue and should be covered under warranty.

Everyone is very nice. Really like the fact that no one tried to push new tires on me right now. Also, the problem was diagnosed quickly and, once again, he didn’t try to make me feel I had to get new sensors now. I’ve found my go to place for service!

Everything good, the only issue I have is that the warning light in the truck was not reset so now I have to deal with that anoying warning coming up here and there and everytime I turn the key on. Hopefully Monday that can be fixed.

I was notified immediately after my oil change was completed that they had discovered what was causing the issues I had mentioned, that the parts were in stock and they could service/install and have me out by closing. Their diagnostics were correct, they did as they said and it solved all the problems. And, they actually did inspect all the little things they claim to. That’s all you can ask right?! I’m very satisfied.

My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. The tire technician forgot to put my locking bolt back in my car in the package with the other parts. I didn't realize this until I got home and had to make a return trip to get the bolt. It took them a bit to find mine, but they did and I was on my way.

Wel its usually a great experience but not this time ... You keep my cart for a week having an appoiment not cool, but thats not what make.me.upset. Lack of comunication and tell me tjat you have been busy is not an excuse !! Left my truck with you to find an issue and a whole qeek if i dont call no one would call me back ! Untill a week after my appoiment i had enough and deside to get my truck back. Monday i have a new appoiment with chevy in Crestview, I hope it goea well . You guys have been good but i have no idea about what just happened this time . Im not upset but comunication was a issue this time.
